A digital planning template is a file you use to plan and stay organized — on a tablet with a stylus (like GoodNotes or Notability), on a laptop, or printed at home to write on by hand.

Typically a PDF for digital annotation apps or your preferred PDF reader, plus a print-ready PDF version of the same template.

Yes — the files are standard PDFs, so they work across devices; for the best experience annotating by hand, we recommend a tablet with a stylus and an app like GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf.

Yes — every template is designed to work equally well printed at home or at a print shop, in case you prefer writing on paper.

All files currently have a default size of A5. File sizes B5 and Letter will be available soon for purchase as well.

Files are delivered via instant download link, typically emailed right after checkout.
